Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from OutreachAgent at any time. This page explains how to make a request and what to expect.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

1. In-app account deletion
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in your OutreachAgent dashboard. This will delete your account and all associated data. Workspace owners can also delete the entire workspace and all its data.
2. Email request
Send an email to privacy@emacronai.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the request.
3. DPO request
For GDPR-specific erasure requests (Article 17), contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@emacronai.com.

What Gets Deleted

When we process a data deletion request, the following data is removed:

Meta Platform Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business account to OutreachAgent, Emacron AI Technologies supports Meta's data deletion callback mechanism.

Automatic deletion via Meta

When you remove the OutreachAgent app from your Facebook settings, Meta sends us a data deletion callback. Upon receiving this callback, we will:

  • Immediately revoke and delete all Meta access tokens and page tokens
  • Delete all Meta-sourced conversation data (Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp messages) within 30 days
  • Remove Facebook Page IDs, WhatsApp Business Account IDs, and ad account associations
  • Provide a confirmation URL where you can check the status of the deletion

Manual deletion request

You can also request deletion of your Meta platform data by emailing privacy@emacronai.com with the subject “Meta Data Deletion Request” and including:

  • The email address associated with your OutreachAgent account
  • Your Facebook/Instagram user ID or WhatsApp phone number (if known)
  • Which Meta platform data you want deleted (all, or specific channels)

Note: Deleting Meta platform data does not delete your entire OutreachAgent account. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please use the in-app deletion feature or contact our support team.

Processing Timeline

We process data deletion requests as follows:

  • Identity verification: 1–3 business days
  • Meta token & credential deletion: within 24 hours of verification
  • Primary data deletion: within 30 days of verification
  • Backup purge: within 30 days of primary deletion
  • Confirmation email: sent upon completion
